Free Spring 2014 Desktop Wallpapers!

It was a long, hard winter, and we’re rejoicing at the Spring blooms around us. Whether you live near an ocean, tall mountains, a dry desert, or in the middle of farmland plains, doesn’t the earth seem to be bursting forth in praise?

These free Wallpapers are for you to enjoy as a desktop background on your computer. To save and use one of the Wallpapers, follow these easy steps:

1) Below the Wallpaper of your choice, you’ll see two size options (small and large). Click on the appropriate size for your computer monitor (it will most likely be the small size).

2) The Wallpaper will then open in another window. Right click on the Wallpaper and choose “Set as Desktop Background.”

3) Close your browser window to see your new Wallpaper! If the size appears too small, try following the same instructions using the Large Download version.

If you have any problems feel free to email me and let me know. We apologize that at this time, because of variances in different brands of tablets, we can not provide support to use them on iPads and other brands of tablets. You may save the original pictures as a photo, but do not guarantee that they will work as a wallpaper on your tablet.

We do hope the message on each Wallpaper encourages you in your walk with God, and will be a daily reminder of God’s love for you. Enjoy!

Grace and peace,
Marina

Fret buster #110

And He did not (d0) many mighty works there because of their unbelief. Matthew 13:58

What do we find in unbelief?
Not strength, not peace, and not relief—
Not freedom from care, or answered prayer.

I didn’t believe God and what did I get?—A harvest of fear, worry, and fret!

Unbelief receives nothing! –Carl Bogatzky

There is no strength in unbelief.—Andrew Murray

Yes, they spoke against God: They said, Can God prepare a table in the wilderness? Psalm 78:19 NKJV

Say no more, “Can God?” (Psalm 78:19).  Rather say, “God can!” That will clear up many a problem. That will bring you through many a difficulty in your life. God has new places, and new developments, and new resources. He can do new things, unheard of things, hidden things! Let us enlarge our hearts and not limit Him. We must desire and believe. We must ask and expect that God will do unlooked-for things! We must set our faith on a God of Whom men do not know what He has prepared for them that wait for Him. The wonder-doing God…must be the God of our confidence! . – Andrew Murray

Jesus said to Thomas, “Reach here with your finger, and see My hands; and reach here your hand and put it into My side; and do not be unbelieving, but believing.” John 20:27

Survey Winners

I would like to say a special thank you to everyone who participated in our Meet Me in the Meadow Survey! The feedback was outstanding and we’ve learned so much from each of you. I wanted to address a few of the most common items of interest that were brought up during the survey.

Did you know…

  • You can increase the size of the font on each post. Directly above each post title, you’ll see a “text size” option with three different sizes available.
  • There is a search box at the top left of the site. If you have a favorite post that you just can’t find, try searching for it here.
  • Many of you mentioned that you’d like to be able to print the posts without the extra formatting that goes along with each post. If you click on the “print” button directly above the post title, the post will open in a new window. Here you can delete any photos that may be included in the post as well as increase the font size before printing.

(If you aren’t seeing any of the options I mentioned above, make sure you are clicking over to www.meetmeinthemeadow.com, instead of looking at your subscription email.)

Now to announce the giveaway winners! Winners are listed below by the first half of their email address. We’ll be contacting all winners today with more information! Thanks again to all who entered.

Winners will receive: Sons from Afar- The True Story of Roy Lessin’s Father, Meet Me in the Meadow- Autographed Devotional Book and a Perpetual Calendar!
